Description

The World Citizen Talent Scholarship (WCTS) is developed and offered by The Hague University of Applied Sciences. They are seeking intelligent, talented and ambitious people who consider themselves citizens of the world.

Benefits

 Every year, up to three (one-time) scholarships worth EUR 5,000 are available to prospective Masters students.

Eligibility

You are eligible for a World Citizen Talent Scholarship if you:

  • Originate from outside the Netherlands and do not live in the Netherlands.
  • Are enrolling in The Hague University of Applied Science Pro for the first time.
  • Have never applied for this scholarship before.
  • Have been conditionally accepted to join your chosen programme for the upcoming academic year.

The following Masters programmes work with the WCTS: 

  • Master - Business Administration
  • Master - Financial Management & Control
  • Master - International Communication Management

Apply for the Masters programme of your choice using the online application tool. 

You will write an essay in the English language of a minimum of 950 and a maximum of 1100 words –  

“The Hague University of Applied Sciences brings together students from over 140 nationalities. Share an experience where working with people from different backgrounds challenged or broadened your perspective. How will you use this understanding to enrich our multicultural learning environment?”

Please note: the use of AI tools such as Chat GPT etc. is not permitted. All submissions will subject to careful scrutiny.  

The assignment should be submitted via formdesk. Please be sure to complete all the required fields. The deadline for submission is 1st May 2026.
