Description
The Vikki Vargas/NBC4 Broadcast Journalism Scholarship was established by Vikki Vargas and NBC4 Southern California to recognize and honor a student in broadcast journalism who has demonstrated outstanding academic performance.
This scholarship is funded by Vikki Vargas and NBC4 to assist students in meeting educational expenses
