Description
The Tom Pasqua Memorial Scholarship was established in memory of Tom Pasqua, a journalism professor at Southwestern College in Chula Vista and in the Cal State Fullerton Communications Department during the 1970s.

Eligibility
- This scholarship is open to students who meet the following criteria:
- Community College Transfer student
- Must be admitted to the CSUF Department of Communications with the intent to major in Journalism (Print, Visual, or Broadcast)
- Must be enrolled in the 2026-2027 academic year
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75
Recipients will be selected based on:
- Demonstrated history of success in prior academic work
- A demonstrated record of involvement in journalism activities (e.g., community college newspaper, radio, or related media)
- Academic standing (minimum 2.75 GPA)
