Description
This award has been established by the UNBC History Department in 2011, to award a student who best exemplifies excellence in the humanities. The scholarship is available to all international undergraduate students majoring in history.
Benefits
There is only one scholarship available, worth $500.
Eligibility
- Available to full or part-time undergraduate students enrolled in the BA Program with a major in History. The level and quality of the student's engagement with the University and broader community will be considered.
- Criteria: Minimum GPA of 3.33.
- The recipient will be selected by the faculty of the History Program. The Senate Committee on Scholarships and Bursaries will approve the selection based on the recommendation by the faculty.
