Benefits
Awards are up to $16,000 USD annually to qualified applicants.
Eligibility
- Cumulative, U.S. equivalent 3.25 grade point average (GPA).
- Newly admitted (never previously enrolled at ODU).
- Pursue an initial Bachelor's degree.
- Valid non-immigrant visa status.
- Ineligible for Virginia in-state tuition rates.
- ISS covers only degree seeking courses.
