Description
For doctoral students selected by the CSC, U of R, Faculty of Graduate Studies and Research undertakes to cover the cost of tuition only while the CSC will provide the student with a stipend sufficient to cover living expenses, return airfare and visa application fees.

Eligibility
- To qualify for a CSC Doctoral scholarship, the candidate must be a Chinese citizen, have excellent grades and will undertake to return to China upon completion of their studies.
- Applicants must meet all of the U of R's requirements for admission to a doctoral program and English language requirements.
