Description
University of York can support you financially if you are admitted to one of its study programmes as an international student.
University of York awards scholarships, bursaries, tuition fee reductions and discounts that help you cover existing tuition and living costs.

Eligibility
Open to students from China, Indonesia, Kenya and Malaysia.
To be considered for the scholarship, you must
- be a permanent resident and passport holder of China, Indonesia, Malaysia or Kenya
- be paying fees at the overseas fee rate (any fee assessments must be completed by Monday 11 May)
- have met any language condition of your offer by Monday 11 May
- have a conditional or unconditional offer to study a one-year postgraduate taught course at the University of York by Monday 11 May (you don't need to have accepted the offer).
You will not be eligible if
- you hold a 100% tuition fee scholarship or are fully sponsored
- you are a current student of the University of York, having started your studies in a previous year
Students on the following pathways (either previously or currently) are not eligible for these scholarships
- Hull York Medical School
- International Pathway College
- Distance/online learning courses
- Part-time courses
- Kaplan International College London
- MA Public Policy (Mundus MAPP)
- CASPPER
- Masters courses lasting longer than one year
- Partnership and exchange students (including visiting students)
