Description
The programme is funded by the UK Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office and partner organisations. It supports applicants with leadership potential and a clear commitment to creating positive change in their home countries.
Benefits
Payment of tuition fees.
Economy travel to and from the recipient’s country of residence by an approved route.
An arrival allowance.
Eligibility
Applicants must:
- Be a citizen of a Chevening-eligible country or territory.
- Meet applicable residency requirements.
- Commit to returning to their country of award for at least two years after the scholarship ends.
- Have at least two years of work experience acquired after completing their undergraduate degree, equivalent to 2,800 hours.
