Eligibility
- Scholarship awarded to entering freshmen at The University of Toledo who are graduates of Woodward High School or Notre Dame Academy in Toledo, Ohio.
- Scholarship will be awarded to applicants with the most improved academic performance from the freshman to senior year in high school, as determined by the high school counselors and the UToledo Office of Undergraduate Admission.
