Education
The primary objective of the University departments is to encourage effective insertion of their students in an increasingly globalized production context through the quality of the didactic offer , from training in degree courses and post-graduate study courses to continuing education.
Research
The Research Sector operates in the following areas:
- support to the elaboration and management of research projects and to the finding of the relative funding, in the plurality of areas and scientific sectors of interest of the University;
- monitoring and enhancement of the research carried out in the Departments;
- administrative management and coordination of research doctorate courses and care of the obligations related to research grants and post graduate scholarships.

Housing services
The town of Cassino is a university town. Therefore, it might be difficult to find an accommodation once the academic year has started. The accommodation service for international students may provided by LAZIODISU, the public Institution in Lazio territory for the Right to Academic Studies, whose main building is located in Viale dell'Università, loc. Folcara in Cassino.
Library services
The University Library System (SBA) coordinates and manages all libraries of the University of Cassino. The Portal of the University Library System enables users to easily access a wide range of printed and digital resources. The library system consists of three Library Service Centers (CSB), organized in three main academic areas: law and economics, engineering, and arts and philosophy.
ICT services
The Computer Center of the University (CASI) is responsible for all matters related to Information Technology (IT), from the Internet to the official website of the University. CASI also manages the telephone network of the University. The center is currently focusing on the reorganization of the computer facilities and procedures of the central administration.
Student Life
Campus life
The University of Cassino and Southern Lazio covers a large and independent area completely devoted to the Campus activities. Facilities for teaching and learning as well as leisure and sports are hosted here. 200 new residences are available since the academic year 2014-2015, and 100 more will be added starting from 2016.The University Campus is connected to the city center by a bus shuttle service. Each day more than 2.000 people visit the University area, which is also equipped with a canteen.

This university is well built infrastructure wise and the professors are always ready to teach you subject in a deeply manner but the administration department is unsuccessful in doing it's job, there's no proper information on whom to meet for which work, and the university portal visible only in Italian is ofcourse a difficult journey for international students coming...
