Funding

• Income based fellowships/benefits

The University of Cassino and Southern Lazio through the ADISU offer three kinds of fellowships/benefits to lower income students (say family equivalent income less than 16000 euros/year):

• a scholarship of up to 4000 euros/year (only if your family income is particularly low)
• fully waived tuition fees
• free housing within the University dormitories (from December 1st)

This is offered only AFTER enrollment (i.e., you can apply once in Italy), and only to students starting the program in September.

Deadline is usually around September 5, each year.

Note this fellowship is not meant to cover all the living and studying expenses.

• MAE fellowships

Italian Ministry of Foreign Affair (MAE) offer fellowships to foreign students and Italian living abroad wishing to study in Italy.

Applicants are asked to contact their local Italian diplomatic mission for application deadlines and procedures; the mission date-stamp upon reception bears witness to compliance with deadlines.

Deadline is usually in February each year (call for applications available on January)
