Zaragoza Logistics Center (ZLC)

ZLC´s mission is to actively engage academia with industry and the public sector to develop and disseminate knowledge.



ZLC was established by the Government of Aragon in collaboration with the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and the University of Zaragoza (UZ) in 2003.


ZLC offers graduate and executive education in logistics and supply chain management. A diverse group of students from around the world study at the ZLC on the path to positions in leading companies and universities. ZLOG Program has been ranked #1 Worldwide by Eduniversal (USA, Spain, Malaysia) and Best Logistics Master in Spain since 2011 (El Mundo).


ZLC research programs are aligned to ZLC’s mission of focusing on enhancing economic growth and competitiveness through innovation.

ZLC has participated in 20 European Union funded projects, being ranked as the Spanish entity with most EU funded projects in the field of logistics and supply chain management.

Some of the ZLC core research areas are: Advanced Inventory Management, Collaborative Value Networks, Healthcare Operations, Manufacturing & Logistics Analytics, Resilience, Supply Chain Security & Risk Management, Supply Chain & Finance.
