Our student accommodations are located right in the city centre of Offenbach just a few kilometers to the east of Frankfurt. It is only a five minute walk to get to the S-Bahn Station "Marktplatz" which is four stops away from Frankfurt School (10 min), trains run frequently.
Below you will find information on the accommodation possibilities we offer:
Frankfurt School Boarding House 3Frankfurt Schools newest Boarding House 3 opens in February 2013. It is located within walking distance of Boarding Houses 1, 2 and Ostpol. Boarding House 3 will offer 23 rooms in shared flats over four floors. The neighbouring house will offer 7 additional rooms in a shared flat. Each flat is equipped with shower/WC, extra WC, fully fitted kitchen with dish washer and dining corner. The rooms are furnished with basics.
Renting at Frankfurt School Boarding House 3:Renting will be possible on or about March 1st, 2013. Prices will range between 350 and 410 Euro including all costs and internet access.
Frankfurt School Boarding House 2The Frankfurt School Boarding House 2 is located just opposite of the Boarding House 1. Over three floors, the boarding house will offer 66 rooms in shared flats. Each flat is equipped with shower/WC, extra WC, fully fitted kitchen with dish washer and dining corner.
The rooms are furnished including internet access. In the common areas you will find washing machines and dryers.
Renting at Frankfurt School Boarding House 2:The price for a room in Boarding House 2 is 390 Euro all-inclusive.
Frankfurt School Boarding House 1The Frankfurt School Boarding House 1 is located on the same street as Ostpol. The three-story house offers 27 single rooms in eight shared flats. Each flat is equipped with shower/WC, extra WC, fully fitted kitchen with dish washer and dining corner. The rooms are furnished with basics.
In the basement you also find a washing machine and dryer.
Renting at Frankfurt School Boarding House 1:Prices range between 340 and 400 Euro all-inclusive according to size.
OstpolOstpol was originally designed as a startup centre for new companies and hence offers two floors with equipped office space and meeting rooms.
Frankfurt School has rented the whole 3rd floor with ten single and four double rooms for International students.
The rooms are fully furnished including a fitted single kitchen, own shower/WC and plug for internet access. In the basement you find washing machines and dryers. Washing coins are available at the house-keeping office on the first floor.
Renting at Ostpol:Single rooms: 390 Euro/month all-inclusive plus a small fee for internet access
Double rooms: 340 Euro/month all-inclusive plus a small fee for internet access (connected rooms with shared kitchen and shower/WC)
Renting conditions for Ostpol and Frankfurt School Boarding House 1, 2 and 3If you decide to rent a room in one of the above described housing facilities you must register at the International Office. Together with the confirmation, Frankfurt School will send you a pre-renting agreement by email which you must sign and return to us within 10 days. Then the first rent and a security deposit of 500,00 Euro must be transferred to Frankfurt School within two weeks. If the receipt of payment is not made by this deadline, Frankfurt School reserves the right to offer the room to another student.
Security deposit: 80 Euro of the deposit will be retained for the final cleaning and supply of the bedding. The remaining amount of the security deposit (420,00 Euro) will be refunded within thirty days following the termination of this rental agreement. Unpaid rent, charges for damages beyond usual wear and tear or missing inventory may be also deducted.
Important information for your rental agreementThe rental agreement normally runs for six months, i.e. for the spring semester from February, 15th until August 14th and for the fall semester from August 15th until February 14th. It is not possible to shorten the contract unless a suitable replacement tenant is provided by the current tenant. An additional 70 will be added to every months rent.

Frankfurt School of Finance & Management has been accredited by AACSB International – The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB). AACSB Accreditation is the hallmark of excellence in business education. Currently, there are 711 business schools in 47 countries and territories that have earned AACSB Accreditation. Nine business schools in Germany, including Frankfurt School, are AACSB accredited.
EQUIS
Frankfurt School of Finance & Management has been accredited under the internationally recognised EQUIS quality seal by the European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD). Valid for three years, the accreditation means that Frankfurt School is the fifth business school in Germany to be awarded this internationally recognised mark of excellence. To be eligible for EQUIS accreditation, business schools must comply with international quality standards across all their activities, as well as demonstrating a high level of international commitment.
