Strong support on and off campus

This is has been a great school, I am an off campus student and have been for years. I am always able to get the answers and support I need while attending my classes. They have the classes I need and many graduate programs to choose from. I would recommend the school for both in class and online depending on what you might want. The campus is gorgeous, well maintained and provides a lot of clubs and spaces to spend time including the gym and pool.

I have what I need, but I am not done.

In the VMU university I always felt welcome by the lecturers and my colleagues, that was a pleasure for me, as I am a so called "city boy" with no real prior field experience besides my grandmothers garden. The studies itself varied from really interesting to somewhat boring, but I believe that it may do with the lecturers way of passing on the knowledge. I really enjoyed botany and plant physiology. For a subject as genetics I would have wished for a bit more from the lecturer, but chemistry was a hard but well organized subject. All in all I enjoyed my studies and the information that I learned is definitely valuable, I just would wish for more broaden perspectives from lecturers, implementing newer teaching methods and a bit more information on artificial growing as it is a new and productive way to grow the same crops.

you wanted this

I had alot of issues with their support for neurodiversity. They refused to help me if what I needed didn't fall under the certain things they can do, which the majority do not help neurodiverse students.
