The University was subpar at best. Extremely overpriced, the quality of life was poor. The dorms were not in good condition, repairs were constantly put off, and course work was copied via spark notes and quizlet. I am now seeking a secondary BA in a different field as the original experience (along with personal growth) killed my passion.
The learning environment wasn't really a conducive one, the method of teaching was more or less an achaic one. The university thrives on students struggle for success and academic excellence.
My experience at Texas wesleyan was phenomenal. The school was small enough that I always knew all of my classmates and professors. The educational material taught was always updated, as the field changes so rapidly, and professors were always available and helpful. The education I obtained here has already helped me in my career.
