Founded in 1854 by the Brothers of the Christian Schools, whose work is driven by the educational precepts of Jean-Baptiste de La Salle, UniLaSalle belongs to one of the largest educational networks in the world, the La Salle Network.

Life-Changing Online Education
My experience at University of the People has been truly amazing! 🌟 I love how flexible and tuition-free the programs are, making it possible to study from anywhere in the world. The instructors are supportive, the courses are well-structured, and the global student community adds so much diversity and inspiration. One thing that could be improved is more interactive live sessions to connect with classmates and instructors in real-time. Overall, UoPeople provides an empowering, accessible, and high-quality learning experience that I highly recommend. 💜
Review
I'm quite satisfied with the courses provided by my school because it allows us to touch on many subjects that relate to my field (sustainable building). However, we don't necessarily go into detail on each subject, which leaves us free to choose whether or not to delve deeper into the aspects that appeal to us most individually.

Campus is pretty nice, the people are too. The only real issue is the attendance requirements. We are inly allowed two absences (justified or not) for a class, or else we fail it. I think we should be able to justify our absence as sometimes it is out of our control.

Student services
- The International Department will invite you regularly to a “Coffee & Sweets” meeting during the lunchtime. This will allow International Department staff to do a debriefing with you about your stay, experience, problems to solve out, etc.
- For any serious personal, psychological, academic matters, please inform International Department staff who will advise you to sort out difficult situations and guide you to the appropriate staff.
- In front of the International Department offices, you will find all necessary information about academic, events, tourism, sport, etc.
Housing services
The Rennes campus benefits from its residential area, a 5-minute walk from the EME. Five residences offer more than 800 student housing units, from studios to two-room flats. These residences can be furnished or unfurnished.

- At your disposal: books, magazines, foreign language periodicals, DVD, newspapers and also computers.
- Students can borrow books or magazines free of charge. The library material covers pure and applied sciences: food sciences and technologies, crop and animal production, environment, geology, economy and management, human sciences.
