With a growing student population, the hunt was on for a new, larger location, and in 1967, groundbreaking began at the University's current location. Formerly Ferrycliffe Farm, a dairy farm owned at the time by Mary Howe DeWolf and Marshall Fulton, the location was -- and remains -- convenient to Boston, Providence and Newport.
