A compound of four buildings houses the art and design programs: the Art Building, Atkinson Hall, the Design Building, and the Studio Arts Building. Three of the buildings surround an outdoor sculpture garden referred to as the Sculpture Quad. Classes are also frequently held in Foster Hall, the Digital Media Center, the Wetlands Building, and at the off-site LSU Hilltop Arboretum.
Student clubs

Each year student organizations sponsor seminars, lectures, debates, cultural and social events, and fine art programs. These programs allow LSU students to meet and interact with local, state, and nationally renowned scholars, artists, politicians, academicians, and other professionals.
