History
Thammasat University is Thailand's second oldest university. Officially inaugurated on 27 June 1934 at Tha Phra Chan on the Rattanakosin Island and on the Bank of the Chao Phraya River.

i really like studying in thailand because that is my dream country

My study experience has been both challenging and meaningful. I learned a lot not only from my lessons but also from real-life situations that helped me grow as a student and as a person. There were times when the workload felt heavy, but it taught me how to manage my time and stay responsible. What I really liked about my experience was the opportunity to gain new knowledge and improve my skills. I also enjoyed working with my classmates because we were able to share ideas and support each other. The guidance from my teachers also helped me understand lessons better. However, there are still some things that can be improved. Sometimes, the instructions were not very clear, and the schedule could be more organized to avoid too much pressure at once. More interactive activities could also make learning more engaging.

Not recommended
Studied at the Chinese language center in Dongmen. Teachers are very young and not well trained. They cannot control the class. Students are mainly Vietnamese - in my class I was the only non-Vietnamese student. It made it very difficult to learn. A lot of time is wasted in class with pointless drills and exercises.

Sports facilities
Thammasat University’s extensive sports facilities includes its main multi-purpose stadium, an Aquatic Center, tennis courts, various sports fields, and several gymnasiums, which were all originally built to host the 1998 Asian Games. In 2007, the Rangsit Center was home to the worldwide Summer Universiade. Currently, the facilities are enjoyed by students for recreation and used for training by various national sports federations and teams.
