The University of Richmond provides several computer configuration options for faculty and staff members. Whether users prefer a Mac or PC, or a desktop or laptop, we can meet those needs provided the choice is consistent with the users position and department requirements. Each year, one third of the campus computers are replaced as part of our asset management life cycle.
The Student Health Center
Located six miles west of downtown Richmond, Va., the University of Richmond sits on a 350-acre wooded campus easily accessible by car from I-95 from the north or south, and I-64 from the east or west. Richmond International Airport is approximately 20 miles from campus, and two Amtrak train stations are minutes away.
In addition to assessment and planning review, Institutional Effectiveness oversees the University's accreditation. Accreditation of individual schools or programs is handled within those areas.
SACSCOC Reaffirmation of AccreditationThe University of Richmond's accreditation by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC) was reaffirmed in December 2008.
