Overview

Research Master in Communication, Cognition and Digital Culture  in short:

• Excellent guidance by scientific tutors at the beginning of the program. They advise you on how to get your individual desired training program and the research facilities you need.

• For Research Master's students, you will receive a personal facilities budget that can be used for (international) conference visits and reimbursement of extra travel costs, among other things.

Career prospects

The main focus of this Research Master’s program is on academic training, which makes it ideal for those wishing to embark on a career in academic research. Besides research positions at universities, there are research and management positions which require extensive research skills but not a PhD degree, for example in businesses, at (non-) profit organizations, in the educational sector and at government institutions (e.g., the Ministry of Education, Culture and Science).

Please note: Students starting in February 2025 will follow the curriculum of the Research Master’s in Linguistics and Communication Sciences, in collaboration with the Faculty of Arts at Radboud University Nijmegen.
