Through this Real Estate Investment course from University of Technology Sydney, students learn to understand and analyse the many sociopolitical, economic, financial and environmental factors that drive property investment decisions in a globalised world. a UTS recognised bachelor's degree, or equivalent, from one of the following fields of education: real estate, valuation, building construction economics, engineering, business management, finance and related fields, management and commerce

a UTS recognised master's degree, or equivalent, from one of the following fields of education: property or real estate, business, finance, commerce or economics

UTS Graduate Certificate in Property Development

Applicants must provide:

a CV clearly articulating work experience (minimum two (2) years); AND

employers' letter confirming the dates of employment, and the position held; AND

a personal statement (maximum 500 words)
