- a UTS recognised bachelor's degree, or equivalent, from one of the following fields of education: real estate, valuation, building construction economics, engineering, business management, finance and related fields, management and commerce
- a UTS recognised master's degree, or equivalent, from one of the following fields of education: property or real estate, business, finance, commerce or economics
- UTS Graduate Certificate in Property Development
- UTS Graduate Diploma in Property Development
Applicants must provide:
- a CV clearly articulating work experience (minimum two (2) years); AND
- employers' letter confirming the dates of employment, and the position held; AND
- a personal statement (maximum 500 words)
