Applicants are required to have at least two years of full-time work experience in a related field and an appropriate bachelor’s degree. Both Finnish and international students are strongly encouraged to apply. The Business Innovation Culture and Creativity from LAB University of Applied Sciences is also well suited to professionals in career transition who wish to develop new skills and re-enter the workforce.

In order to be eligible to apply for a UAS Master’s level degree programme you must have completed an appropriate university of applied sciences (UAS) Bachelor’s degree or another appropriate higher education degree and have at least two years (24 months) of subsequent work experience in a relevant field.

Work experience is only counted after the bachelor's degree has been awarded and must be proven by a work certificate.
