Overview
Underpinned by the latest research and offered in a flexible online format, the programme is taught by experienced practitioners and international experts in the field. It will equip you with the knowledge, skills, and competencies to support diverse and potentially marginalised learners, including those with special and additional learning needs.
The Special and Additional Learning Needs (ICEP Europe) programme offered by University of East London will develop your confidence and understanding of a range of special needs across different age groups. It will enable you to become a reflective practitioner who can use research to guide and enhance your practice.
Module choices include Autism, Dyslexia, Inclusion, and Understanding Behaviour, and there is a focus on contemporary issues such as neurodiversity, strength-based approaches, and universal design for learning.
