- Recognize and evaluate the importance of clinical nutrition as therapy in different pathologies;
- Guide, advise, program, implement, monitor and evaluate nutritional support in hospital and outpatient settings;
- Graduates in Clinical Nutrition from University of Lisbon carry out diagnosis, intervention and nutritional monitoring according to the individual's clinical situation;
- Recognize the importance of areas very closely related to clinical nutrition such as the management of nutrition services, public health and nutrition, food safety, nutrition-related psychology, as well as statistics and research and technologies of information and communication.

- Curriculum Assessment: 70%, which will include evaluation of the following parameters:
- Grades obtained in previous degree(s);
- Motivation and rationale for the application, as expressed in the motivation letter;
- Professional experience in the field, including work carried out.
- Interview: 30%, which will focus on the following parameters:
- Demonstrated competences:
- Relevance of the candidate’s presentation to the objectives of the postgraduate programme to which they are applying;
- Alignment of the candidate’s needs and expectations with the potential and limitations of the Master’s programme;
- The candidate’s empathy and interpersonal skills, particularly in the context of team-based and multidisciplinary research;
- Openness of the candidate to explore related areas in potential projects integrated with other groups working on diverse themes.
