General requirements
- 16 years of education or 4 years BS degree (minimum 124 credit hours) in Social Sciences, Management Sciences, or Business-related fields
- Minimum CGPA 2.0/4.0 or 55% marks from an HEC-recognized institution
- Preferred background in Public Policy, Public Administration, Political Science, Economics, Sociology, Development Studies, Business or related fields
- Entry test required: GAT (General) by NTS or GNET (NUST) or HAT (HEC) or GRE/GMAT
- Minimum test score: 50 or above
- Merit based on academic record and entry test performance
- Personal statement may be required (typically explaining motivation and program fit)
- Interview may be conducted in some cases depending on merit or selection round
