This pathway, taught by staff with executive experience, equips you to excel in leadership roles within agencies managing risk, crises and emergencies.
- Legal and Policy, integrating risk and emergency management with a legal framework. Ideal for those with a law qualification, this pathway prepares you for leadership in regulatory or policy-focused roles.
- Doctoral Pathway to Research, designed for students pursuing doctoral studies or aiming to deepen their expertise. This pathway combines advanced leadership training with research skills to position you for academic and professional success.

- Rule A: You have completed a Bachelor qualification or above (AQF Level 7, 8 or 9 or overseas equivalent) in a relevant discipline*.
- Rule B: You have completed the UNE Graduate Certificate in Strategic Leadership in Risk and Emergency Management.
- Rule C: You have completed the UNE Graduate Diploma in Strategic Leadership in Risk and Emergency Management.
- Rule D: You can meet ONE of the following entry requirements:
- You have completed a Bachelor of Laws with Honours (AQF Level 8 or overseas equivalent).
- You have completed a Master's qualification in Law (AQF Level 9 or overseas equivalent).
- You have completed a Bachelor of Laws (AQF Level 7) or Juris Doctor (AQF Level 9) or overseas equivalents AND you have completed a minimum of two years of full-time (or part-time equivalent) relevant professional experience.†
