General requirements
- To apply, you need a completed Bachelor’s degree worth 180 ECTS (or equivalent) in electrical engineering or a related field (e.g., mechanical, electronic, or energy-related engineering) with a minimum average grade of 75%.
- Your degree must include at least 60 ECTS in electrical engineering and 30 ECTS in mathematics, covering calculus, numerical methods, algebra, probability theory, and basic control theory.
- A separate motivation letter is required. If you plan to study at TU/e Eindhoven in Year 2, higher English language requirements apply—see the FAQs for details
