Overview

The MS in Nutrition at American University of Beirut trains students to become nutritionists with advanced research skills who can contribute to the profession in Lebanon and the Middle East. In addition, it prepares graduates to become competitive candidates for doctoral programs in nutrition and related fields.

The MS in Nutrition program provides students with an advanced understanding of human nutrition at the individual and community levels, applies current research information methods to nutrition practice, and develops students' ability to critically evaluate gaps in the relevant literature.
