General requirements
- Applicants should have (or be predicted to achieve) a 2:2 undergraduate degree* or equivalent in one of the following subjects: Pharmacy, Biomedical / Biotechnology, Microbiology and Immunology, Chemistry or Biochemistry, Genetics or Medical Genetics, Genomics, Human Biology or Human Physiology, Human Anatomy, Medicine (MBBCh), Medical Pharmacology, Nanomedicine, Veterinary, Medicinal Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences and related topics
- 50% or higher in a Chemistry module AND in a 2nd relevant module (e.g. Biochemistry, Pharmacology, Biology, Anatomy) as part of undergraduate degree
- International applicants: IELTS 6.5 (at least 6 in each component) or equivalent
- Previous research experience is not required however, any research-based experience gained during a BSc can be beneficial in supporting your final MSc research project
