Overview

The aim of the Business Administration (Non-Thesis) programme offered by Kadir Has University is to train research-oriented managers who prioritize communication and coordination within the institution, between units and institutions, who have advanced analysis and synthesis skills, who facilitate an interactive education system, who use advanced technologies at all levels, and who adopt the principle of accessing universal data using scientific research methods.

Qualifications

1- To have sufficient knowledge about all the basic functions of the business, in theory and practice, and to be able to put this knowledge into practice.2- Ability to manage business decision processes using qualitative and quantitative tools and information technologies.3- To evaluate how economic, legal, political, social, technical/technological and competitive forces (local, regional, global) affect the business field and to draw a new direction if necessary.4- Ability to use the English language at an expert level in information sharing and professional communication.5- Preparing written documents (reports, printouts, internal correspondence, etc.) that demonstrate adequacy in terms of content, organization and clarity.6- To gain the ability to effectively present prepared written documents orally when necessary.7- Using creative thinking, team building and leadership skills, producing short and long-term solutions to complex problems individually and with interdisciplinary teams.8- Evaluate ethical issues in the field of business; apply social, scientific and professional ethical norms
