Fashion Creation Atelier Chardon Savard

Overview

Join the Fashion Creation programme at Atelier Chardon Savard . You will develop an innovative concept for your own brand, design and produce your personal collection, oversee every aspect of its staging (casting, styling, music, make‑up and backstage management) and build both a professional portfolio and a viable business model.

A mid‑semester pre‑jury runway show allows you to test your concept with industry professionals. 

Teaching is delivered by expert tutors and the program is independent of the French state “Mon Master” platform. 

Competencies developed

The course develops specialist creative designers who can conceive and deliver fashion projects from concept to final show. Graduates will be able to:

• Imagine and conceptualise an original collection by developing a personal creative universe linked to trends, materials and an affirmed aesthetic. 

• Design and model a coherent collection and translate the creative intention into strong silhouettes with appropriate technical and functional choices 

• Develop prototypes by experimenting with volumes, fabrics and finishes until final pieces are ready for the runway 

• Stage and promote a collection, directing every aspect of the show – casting, soundtrack and scenography – and devising communication strategies for diverse audiences. 

Career prospects 

• Early‑career roles include junior stylist, ready‑to‑wear stylist, pattern‑maker, textile designer, fashion designer, brand creator and costume designer. 

• With experience, graduates can progress to positions such as product manager, collection manager, creative director or artistic director.
