Overview
Designed for aspiring solicitors, this four-year course combines an academic approach to law with hands-on experience of legal practice.
You begin by studying the foundations of legal knowledge and develop a critical understanding of the law in society by following the LLB in Law. In your final year, you focus fully on professional skills and the legal knowledge required for the Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE).
In your final year you’ll work in small, supportive groups that mirror a law firm structure, gaining leadership and teamwork experience alongside legal expertise. With input from legal professionals and opportunities to secure paralegal work, this course prepares you for the real world of legal practice.
Based in the heart of Kent, this is the course for students who want to form connections with the region, build professional networks, and get a head start in their legal career.
