Programme Structure
The curriculum for the HRM stream is comprised of five compulsory core courses that provide a strong foundation in Human Resources Management, including HRM strategy, management in global companies, and people analytics. There's one optional elective course in this stream.
You'll complete the programme with a 10,000 word dissertation project during the summer, which will enable you to specialise with in-depth knowledge in your specific area of interest, or you can apply to complete a Links Project – a consultancy project for a real-world organisation, completed in pairs.
