Description
Each year LSE awards a number of scholarships, funded by private or corporate donations. The number, value, eligibility criteria and type of scholarships vary from year to year.
All scholarships are awarded on the basis of financial circumstances in the first instance, and secondly take into account academic merit.
LSE is pleased to confirm the continuing financial support for students from the USA via a generous endowment from the Spangenberg Family Foundation.

Benefits
The Spangenberg Family Foundation Scholarship will provide funds to cover the tuition fee and possibly a contribution towards the maintenance costs during the programme.
Eligibility
- This scholarship is available to support an applicant who is a national of and currently domiciled in the United States, and has secured an offer of admission on any MSc programme (full time).
- The award is based on financial need and academic merit.

To apply for LSE funding for programmes beginning in September, you must:
Submit your application for the programme (See how to apply for graduate study at LSE).
Submit your Graduate Financial Support Application Form via the Graduate application tracker including completing Section G: Personal Statement.
Receive an offer of a place (conditional or unconditional).
