Overview
The Private Law (Without Thesis) program at Altinbas University is shaped within a broad framework to enable students to gain a practical perspective on current issues in the field of private law. Courses are given by faculty members who are experts in their fields and are members of the academic staff of our Faculty of Law. It is designed to train competent lawyers with ethical values.

The program is aimed to enable students studying at the postgraduate level to specialize in the field they want with the courses they choose, to provide students with in-depth knowledge in practical and theoretical fields in the courses they choose with its distinguished academic staff, and to provide them with a formation that supports them in their academic studies. The courses given within the scope of the program not only provide theoretical depth, but also provide technical equipment regarding many current legal problems. Particularly with the seminar assignments given to students, on the one hand, skills in academic research and writing methods are provided, while on the other hand, current court precedents and Supreme Court decisions are examined and analyzed, thus contributing to practice.
