Overview
The Political Science and International Relations (With Thesis) program at Altinbas University is designed to raise students who can think about the complex structure of politics, criticize and take an active role in the public sphere. The program has adopted the principle of facilitating the academic and professional development of faculty and future faculty members. They consider among the distinctive features of their program that they do not limit our goal to providing our students with comprehensive knowledge of political institutions and processes in a comparative and critical framework, but also to contribute to the creation of individuals who are aware of their social responsibilities and equipped with an active civic responsibility.
Career Prospects
The mission of Political Science and International Relations Master’s Program is to train administrators in a reputable, principled and an inclusive environment who are able to think about how politics should be, who are able to criticize and take active part in the public realm, and who have strong foundations in their fields, to conduct research which can contribute in the development of the discipline and to provide services beneficial for its shareholders and the society.
