The objectives of the training

At the end of this Masters, you will have acquired the skills that will allow you to:

• Plan, optimize, manage the budget and coordinate the financial aspects of a department and/or a management 

• Promote a product and/or service to internal and/or external customers in France and internationally 

• Support the development of individuals, teams and the organization in a logic of local management 

• Manage a customer-oriented transformation and/or innovation project
