The criteria evaluated during the motivational interview are open-mindedness, curiosity, openness to the world, common sense, personal culture, the ability to project oneself professionally, perseverance, proactivity, agility, the ability to work in a team, personal qualities, richness of reflection and quality of expression, sense of organization and rigor, professional project and its relevance, maturity.
