Overview
The acquired methods can be specialized in different sub-areas of business administration and applied in a practical environment.
The Business Administration - Entrepreneurship and Innovation programme from The Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt prepares you for your entrepreneurial work in your own or in an external company in three different ways: Through early and intensive contact with founders and start-up service providers, through national and international case studies and active work for company start-ups worldwide. Required and elective courses are carefully tailored to the common educational goal: they impart central complementary knowledge and skills. Close cooperation between the lecturers and a wide range of contacts with international partner universities ensure reasonable study feasibility for students despite the wide range of experiences and options for choice.
Career prospects
Graduates are ideally equipped for an advanced specialist and management career. The skills imparted in the program’s specialization open up a whole range of career opportunities.
The specialization focuses on quantitative and information-processing approaches to solving current and complex business administration problems in the industry, trade and service companies. In addition to starting their careers in these classic sectors, our graduates are also predestined to start their own business, to advise start-ups or to act as ‘intrapreneurs’ in established companies. They can also pursue an academic career by continuing with a doctoral degree.
