Career opportunities:

As a manager and leader, the medical educator has basic managerial and leadership skills to fulfill the responsibility of being a member of the regional, national and international medical education community. Performs management and leadership in the planning, implementation and evaluation of educational processes, determining priorities, working in cooperation and providing and using resources.

As a team member, the medical educator works effectively with teams at all levels (managers, instructors and learners) to conduct medical education. Within the framework of a community-based, learner-centered learning approach, he/she collaborates with different people and teams on evidence-based grounds. During the planning, development and evaluation of training programs, counseling process and academic studies, he/she works in collaboration with a team of health professionals.
