Parallel to your professional activity, we qualify you for management and interface positions in which you can successfully advance digital development and change processes and innovation projects and strengthen the innovative ability of your company.

The Business Management - Digital Innovation programme at Stuttgart Media University (HdM) focuses on generalist management training that qualifies for management tasks. You deal with trends and digital technologies, develop new business models, strategies and financing concepts using innovative methods and deal with sales and marketing measures. You will also learn which methods you use to optimally align your products and services with your customers. As a manager, you will get to know new management models and ethical standards and develop a personal mindset to operate successfully in the digital world.

Programme Structure

The course consists of 12 modules and the master's thesis (90 ECTS) :

Six compulsory modules on core areas of management and corporate governance.

Six advanced modules on technical topics relating to digitization and innovation development (advanced modules in the elective area*)

Master's thesis including thesis coaching

First university degree with 210 ECTS* (Bachelor, Diplom, Magister**)
At least one year of relevant professional experience that you have acquired after completing your first university degree
if you have several years of professional experience with project or management responsibility, indicate this in your application.
