Overview

The Architectural Engineering programme from The Technical University of Kosice (TUKE) is designed to cover the legislation of construction project documentation in the scope of architectural and engineering services and related consultancy.

Learning outcomes

Graduate of the programme:

demonstrate knowledge in finding, presenting and introducing own solutions to complex problems of structural theory, environment and building technology in research, development and building design,

knows how to use the theory, methods, means, principles and concepts of the structural design of buildings, their physical and static analysis, techniques and environmental design of the building environment,

using the analysis of the physical, chemical and biological components of the internal environment of buildings, he can creatively design building structures and environmental technology systems,

has the ability to integrate knowledge from the theoretical and technical creation of environmentally suitable and energy efficient buildings with automated control systems and to formulate decisions with a feeling for the acceptance of the architectural design of buildings,

creatively solves problems by compiling mathematical-physical models associated with mass and energy transport, modeling processes taking place in simple and complex environmental systems of buildings,

creatively applies acquired knowledge in project and implementation practice.

Curriculum Vitae in the Slovak language (or English, according to the language in which the student will study) signed by the applicant

a copy of passport

a proof of payment of the handling fee for the admission procedure (can be submitted to the Study department of the faculty concerned no later than the date of enrolment)
