- hold an AQF Level 7 Bachelor qualification or above and have at least two years full-time equivalent relevant work experience; or
- hold an AQF Level 8 Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management from this University or its equivalent plus two years of relevant work experience; or
- hold an AQF Level 9 Masters qualification in a relevant discipline, plus at least two years relevant work experience
- overseas secondary qualifications or tertiary qualifications deemed equivalent to Australian qualifications;
- relevant professional experience demonstrated to be at sufficient skill level and duration of time that satisfies the University that the applicant possesses the capacity to succeed in their chosen course;
