Overview
International Litigation from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv covers in-depth studies in public and private international law, human rights law and EU law, their interaction and current trends. Special courses aim at enhancing professional skills necessary for representing states, organizations, individuals and corporations in international public, commercial and mixed arbitration, as well as for working with cases before international courts and tribunals (e.g. International Court of Justice, European Court of Human Rights, International Criminal Court, International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes etc.) and other international and national fora.
Careers
Successful completion of the Master’s Programme will enable the graduates to independently analyse the trends of international law’ practical application at international and foreign courts, prepare reference materials, recommendations, provide expert advice for public bodies, private persons and legal entities on issues of international and national law, represent pubic interests in international organisations etc.
