The 25th Global Entrepreneurship Monitor report has found that the UK is a significantly more entrepreneurial society than it was at the start of the millennium (NatWest, 2024). This can be seen from the increase in the number of private sector businesses in the United Kingdom, which at the start of 2024 was estimated to be around 5.5 million (Gov.uk, 2024).

Key facts

• The modules on this Business with Entrepreneurship with Advanced Practice from Northumbria University will cover key concepts of entrepreneurship, how to create a successful business plan that is ready for investment, and also help you to develop a digital entrepreneurial mindset.
