To enrol in the program, a person must hold:

a bachelor degree or equivalent in the same discipline as approved by the executive dean; or
a postgraduate degree in the same discipline as approved by the executive dean; and(b) satisfy the executive dean that, based on their academic record and work experience, they are suitably qualified for admission.

Same discipline is defined as a degree in a field of Urban Planning, Regional and Town Planning, Architecture, Architectural Design, Landscape Architecture or Design.
