Overview
Life Sciences at National Cheng Kung University offers courses and research training in three fields: Biomedicine, Genomics & Biotechnology, and Ecology. The breadth of courses and research programs provides our students with a broad knowledge of life sciences and exposes them to different points of view in understanding the world of life sciences. In addition, we commonly host conferences, and invite international scientists to give a seminar in our department. These activities provide our faculty and students great opportunities to collaborate with international science community.
Students are also provided with opportunities to gain teaching experiences by working as teaching assistants in undergraduate courses. We empower students broaden their horizons, inspire their passion, and acquire independent research ability to become leaders and innovators in their career.
