General requirements
The following prerequisite coursework is required by applicants to the program:
- One Statistics course
- Two business courses in Accounting, Finance, Management, or Marketing
Applications for the Notre Dame Master of Science in Business Analytics (MSBA) program must contain each of the following elements:
- Official GMAT or GRE score report

- Official academic transcripts from all previous undergraduate or graduate education (unofficial copies are accepted for admission, but official copies must be submitted prior to starting the program)
- Two recommendations
- Resume
- Statement of Purpose (100 words or less)
- One slide presentation (four slides)
- Two essays (500 words and 250 words, respectively)
- Official TOEFL, PTE, IELTS academic score report (international applicants only)
- After an initial screening, candidates may be invited to interview
