The MSc Cultural & Creative Industries deals with every branch of the cultural sector: music, cinema, publishing, the visual and performing arts. It thus prepares students for careers in the Cultural and Creative Industries at the NEOMA Business School. Course lectures focus on both the academic and professional worlds.

This MSc aims to:
  • introduce students to the core, contemporary issues of the creative/cultural industries.
  • develop students’ critical and creative thinking.
  • provide students with the skills and knowledge necessary to develop a career in the creative and cultural industries.
The MSc Cultural & Creative Industries provides students with comprehensive theoretical and practical knowledge of the creative/cultural industries sector.This is achieved by developing a strategic outlook and market research skills, as well as gaining exposure to the leading product digitalisation methods.

Careers in the arts are vocational and creative. We look for creative and passionate students.Undoubtedly, if you are to choose this MSc, it is essential to:

  • be interested in the arts
  • have a critical perspective and intellectual curiosity
The programme is recognised through a dual validation:
  • Ongoing assessment: evaluations conducted throughout the length of the programme in the form of individual or collective reports to be submitted
  • A final evaluation: performed at the end of the course, it can be done under different forms – it is, for the most part, individual
At the end of the programme and after a validation of ECTS credits per programme year, the level-7 DESSMI – MSc Cultural and Creative Industries is awarded to participants.
